You have the right to return the products you have purchased only if the product you received is defective. If the item is defective with our responsibility, you will not be charged for the return of the product.

Products can be returned to us as long as we have been informed within five (5) business days of the issue you are concerned about, either by phone, via email, or via the returns form which you can complete in our website. In addition, the products must be unused and neither they nor their packaging have been damaged (this does not apply to chandeliers and table lamps whose packaging must be opened).
